We're serious about ZERO FEES!

The Club provides members with the best deals and the cheapest tickets in California. We take pride in offering a ZERO FEE policy for all discount tickets purchased through the Club, which includes fees charged by our ticket partners.

The Club will reimburse any convenience, processing or handling fees charged by our partnered venues when purchasing tickets through their website.

Simply send us a copy of your receipt clearly showing the fees charged, and we will issue a check to reimburse you.

Here’s how it works:

  • Log in to the Club's website at www.employeesclub.com
  • Purchase your tickets.
  • If you are redirected to one of our ticket partner’s website and they charge you a fee, send a copy of the receipt to the Club.
  • You can request your refund by check or Zelle.

Please note that certain exclusions apply. To qualify, members must be in good standing with the Club, including being current on any payments, loans, or other debts. We are unable to refund taxes and fees associated with travel such as auto rentals, airline, government, and/or city taxes, hotel/resort, accommodations, or surcharges and upgrade fees for IMAX, 3D, 4D, and other premium movie theater formats.
