We're serious about ZERO FEES!

The Club is committed to providing you the best deals and the cheapest tickets in the state. Club Members will never be charged any processing or handling fees for discount tickets purchased through the Club, even fees charged by our ticket partners!

Effective October 10, 2017, the Club will refund you any processing or handling fees charged by the venue when you are redirected to a vendor’s site from the Club’s website on all ticket purchases.

Simply email us the receipt that shows the processing fees charged to you and we’ll reimburse you the amount.

Here’s how it works:
  • Login to the Club’s website.
  • Purchase your tickets.
  • If you are redirected to one of our ticket partner’s website, and they charge you a fee, send a copy of the receipt to the Club via email, mail, or text.
  • We’ll send you a check for the fees charged to you.

EXCLUSIONS - Taxes and Fees associated with Travel, such as Airline, Government and/or City, Hotel/Resort Accommodations, Universal Studios Orlando, & Concerts cannot be refunded.
